After reflecting on this discussion, I am proud of how my colleagues have engaged with the topic. Over the years, we have strived to create a healthy and supportive work culture for all of our employees, and our continued growth stands as a testament to this effort. We are actively developing clear, measurable, and time-bound DEI goals. Our initiatives include monthly training, outreach programs, adjustments to our recruitment processes, penalties for discrimination, mental health support, performance reviews, incentives, pay increases, and promotion opportunities.
The effectiveness of our DEI efforts will be measured by employee retention, company productivity, and overall morale, as well as turnover rates.
